Greg Tseng
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Greg Tseng co-founded Tagged in October 2004 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since its inception. He has been a driving force in creating Tagged.com with his partner, co-founder and long-time friend, Johann Schleier-Smith. Previously, Greg co-founded Avivon Inc., which introduced the textbook comparison-shopping agent flyingchickens.com to the Harvard campus during the Fall semester of 1999, and served as COO of Limespot.com LLC, a leading network of 100+ local college portals.
Greg holds an A.B. in Chemistry & Physics & Mathematics from Harvard University, where he served as a Director of the Harvard Entrepreneurs Club (HEC) from 1998-2000 and co-authored The Harvard Entrepreneurs Club Guide to Starting Your Own Business (Wiley, 1999). Greg is presently on leave from Stanford University, where he is pursuing the Ph.D. in Physics on a National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship. His academic research lies in the field of nanotechnology and he has published his results in top journals such as Science.
Johann Schleier-Smith
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Johann Schleier-Smith co-founded Tagged in October 2004 and has been leading the company’s technical operations since the firm's founding in October 2004, overseeing its growth from inception to an enterprise operation. An active entrepreneur since 1999, Johann co-founded Avivon Inc., which introduced the textbook comparison-shopping agent flyingchickens.com to the Harvard campus. He later served as Technical Director of Limespot.com LLC, a network of 100+ local college portals.
Johann holds an A.B. in Physics and Mathematics from Harvard University. He is presently on leave from the Physics Ph.D. program at Stanford University, where he has studied with support from the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship, the Stanford Graduate Fellowship, and the Hertz Foundation Fellowship Research Grant.
Louis Willacy
VP of Sales and General Counsel
As General Counsel, Louis Willacy is responsible for all company legal affairs and oversees the company’s customer service department, which responds to all user inquiries to ensure the highest level of user experience. Louis has significant experience with online media, privacy and technology law and has been closely involved with the evolution of the industry for the past 10 years.
Prior to working with Tagged, Louis served as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Ennovate Media, a media technology company based in New York, where he was responsible for key client relations. He also served as Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs with The Deal, L.L.C., a financial news publishing company also based in New York. Louis began his legal career as a corporate associate with Dewey Ballantine LLP working on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University (B.A.) and Columbia Law School (J.D.), where he served as an Editor of the Columbia Law Review.

Reid Hoffman
Founder & CEO, LinkedIn
Reid Hoffman is Founder & CEO of LinkedIn, an online professional networking service. Previously, Reid was EVP at PayPal, where he was in charge of all external relationships and payments infrastructure. In addition to Tagged, Reid serves on the Boards of Grassroots.com, Six Apart, and Vendio. Reid is an angel investor in Ironport Systems, Friendster, and Nanosolar.
Earlier in his career, Reid worked at Apple Computer, Fujitsu Software Corporation, and SocialNet.com. Reid graduated with distinction from Stanford University with a B.S. in Cognitive Science and from Oxford University with a master’s degree in philosophy. Reid won the Dinkelspiel Award and a Marshall Scholarship while at Stanford.
Raj Kapoor
Managing Director, Mayfield
Raj Kapoor, an Internet industry pioneer, joined Mayfield in 2005. Raj brings leadership and expertise in online applications, e-commerce, software, digital imaging and telecommunications. Most recently, Raj was co-founder and CEO of Snapfish, a leading global online photo service. Raj orchestrated the successful sale of Snapfish to Hewlett Packard in March 2005.
Prior to Snapfish, Raj was an executive at Excite@Home, where he led Excite@Home's e-commerce services and broadband applications, pioneering new broadband applications in music, entertainment and e-commerce. Raj has also held positions in strategic planning, business development and product management in consumer interactive television services at Bell Atlantic Corporation (now Verizon). Raj received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS with Honors in Mechanical/Robotics Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Currently, he serves on the Carnegie Mellon Silicon Valley Advisory Council. Raj won the SASA 2005 Award for Excellence In Business and was recently named a Top 15 Up and Coming Indian Executive by India Today. He enjoys free time with his family, surfing, and competing in triathlons.
Allen Morgan
Managing Director, Mayfield
Allen Morgan has spent nearly 25 years counseling entrepreneurs throughout the startup company process, first as a well-known Silicon Valley lawyer and, since 1999, as a partner at Mayfield. Having closed more than 650 venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other public offerings in his career, Allen brings a broad base of startup experience to bear on behalf of entrepreneurs. At Mayfield, Allen's principal focus is on two major investment areas: enterprise software applications and infrastructure, particularly innovative solutions that enhance knowledge-worker productivity, as well as on startups in the area of consumer internet, interactive entertainment and new media. More specifically, Allen focuses on social networking, wikis, blogs, and RSS businesses. He was a panelist on social networking at the Red Herring December 2003 conference and was a panelist at Chris Shipley's Blog On event in July 2004.
Allen currently sits on the Board of Directors of Beatnik, Electric Cloud, Jobster, JotSpot, PlanetOut Partners (LGBT), Pluck, Scalix, Serious Magic, Snap, Tribe.net, and Varsity Group (VSTY). Prior to joining Mayfield, Allen was a partner with renowned Silicon Valley law firms, Latham & Watkins and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Allen earned an undergraduate degree (summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from Dartmouth College, a second bachelor's degree and master's degree from Oxford University (Christ Church) and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
Scott Banister
Co-Founder and VP, Corporate Strategy, IronPort
Scott Banister started his career as a pioneer in the email business. He was founder and VP of Technology at ListBot, the largest ASP for business email list hosting. Over half a million customers used ListBot to communicate with more than 20 million unique list members. ListBot was acquired and became Microsoft's ListBuilder™, part of the bCentral™ suite of business offerings. After ListBot, Scott spent his time working with other leading start-ups as board member and investor. These start-ups include eVoice, creator of the first email-enabled home voicemail service, which was acquired by AOL in 2001. Scott most recently served as VP of Ideas at idealab!, where he contributed numerous innovations, including the unique bid-for-placement search engine model that powers Overture.
